3 Ways to Register

Method 1
PREFERRED

  1. Email your chosen class and/or workshop option and completed waiver form to: mokerw@sasktel.net
  2. Pay by email money transfer

Method 2

  1. Email your chosen class option to Connie
  2. Email, mail or drop off waiver form. Send a cheque to:

Method 3

  1. Phone Connie at: 306-551-6933 to register by phone.
  2. Mail or drop off payment and completed waiver to:

    3712 Allen Avenue
    Regina, SK S4S 1A2

Waiver Form:

Returning students are required to complete a waiver once a year, usually in September. New students will also need to include a completed and signed waiver form with your registration. Centering Prayer Workshop particpants do not need to sign a waiver. Click Here to open the waiver form. Choose to Print or Download once opened.

Registration Form:

Please note: Registration form is not required at this time. Just email with your class choice and submit payment and a waiver. All the needed info will be on the waiver form.



Note: I am not set up to take credit cards so payment will be accepted by cash, cheque, or email money transfer.
